I started teaching kundalini yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan in 2017 after completing the kundalini yoga teacher training level 1.
Kundalini yoga took me back to myself, and I felt that I found the missing piece of the puzzle that I had been looking for.
More so, it gave me relief from symptoms from a long term concussion such as fatigue, anxiety, sleepless nights, a nervous system out of sync, depression and restlessness.
It gave me more mental strength to handle the challenges of life and sit with the polarities of life.
I’m happy to share the techniques with others, and focus on leading my yogis to return to themselves: to find your rhythm and yourself, so you can be uniquely you.
I have completed level 2 of kundalini yoga teacher training. I have also studied and I’m still diving deeper into Karam Kriya, applied spiritual numerology for which she offers 1:1 consultations. I’m deeply fascinated by the universality of the numbers, and how nothing exists without numbers and vice versa. By knowing the karmic and dharmic properties of the numbers, which is also reflected in movements; we can change repetitive thought patterns and thus our actions. Hence I also apply this knowledge in my kundalini yoga classes and my writing.
Deeply interested in healing, I’ve also completed a yoga therapy module in kundalini medicine: The Healing Field: Red Thread, Black Hat, White Lotus. This connected kundalini yoga with herbs, ancestral healing, feng shui as well as a deeper knowledge on what yoga and lifestyle changes are helpful in different cycles of men and women’s lives.
I’ve just completed level 1 of the healing and meditation form of Sat Nam Rasayan. I’ve also completed 21 Stages of Meditation; a part of level 3 of kundalini yoga teacher training.
I love to teach meditation and mantras, and sometimes offer separate classes in this. I love spending time in nature and I’m deeply into the healing power of the five elements, and hikes mountains when I can.
I’ve completed a MA in Transnational Communications and Global Media at Goldsmiths College, University of London, and I worked as a freelance journalist for several years, writing on everything from energy in the oil and gas industry to meditation. I hope one day to return to writing, and this blog is a for me to experiment and share my writings.
I’m based in Bergen, Norway close to the fjords and mountains, however I love to travel and am open to teach overseas.
