Flowing through menopause

We explore how you can flow optimally through menopause mentally, emotionally, physically and spiritually. How to redirect the flow when it has gone off course, how to tap into the ultimate flow and be guided intuitively. 

What is the significance of menopause and what are the opportunities that this stage of life offers women? 

After an introduction where we discuss the implications menopause can have, Annika/ Sevajot Kaur) will guide you through a kriya especially designed to balance and feel the flow. 

We will focus on the water element (8) as this is emphasised by the numerology of this year (2+6=8). Parminder Kaur will guide you through a meditation which focusses on strengthening the wise woman in you.

Sevajot will guide us through an ayurvedic practice to improve our flow.

Expect tips based on kundalini yoga, yin yoga, ayurveda and karam kriya numerology.

At the end there will also be a sharing/discussion.

Annika Peitsch/Sevajot Kaur

I came to yoga via an injury that prevented me from running and fell in love with it in New York City where I also did my first vinyasa yoga teacher training. Kundalini yoga, prenatal, kids, yin and chair yoga followed suit and there is always more to learn. Recently I deepened my knowledge in therapeutic yoga in India. In 2024 I quit my corporate job because it burned me out and have been focusing on yoga and social projects since. In 2026 I finished my ayurveda training and I also offer ayurvedic consultations both online and offline now.

Parminder Kaur

After 20 years of practicing yoga, I found kundalini yoga and Sikhi and found the missing piece I had been looking for. It put me back together in so many ways; emotionally, physically, mentally and spiritually, and gave me a clear direction in life.

I have since completed level 2 of the kundalini yoga teacher training, as well as 21 Stages of Meditation from level 3. I have dived deeply into Karam Kriya, a universal form of applied spiritual numerology, for which I offer 1:1 consultations. Deeply interested in healing, I have also completed a yoga therapy module . Recently I also completed level 1 of the healing and meditation form of Sat Nam Rasayan. I also have experience from qi gong, gatka (Sikh martial arts) and Sikhi. I am a nature lover that loves to hike and to balance the five elements in my teachings through the numbers. For me it is important to guide my clients back to their natural rhythm and their uniqueness.
